MATERIAL - Best quality spring steel 60CrMn2

MANUFACTURING - Advanced technology, superior to current standards - Tolerance +/- 0,5mm

TREATMENT - Heat treated to the strictest guidelines to ensure optimum hardness and ultimate performance

SHOT BLASTING - The springs are shot blasted and then compressed to their optimum limit to increase their lifespan and eliminate any sag in use.

TESTING - 100% of our springs are tested for ratings and heights under load by extreme conditions to ensure they meet expected requirements.

FINISH - Each leaf in the pack is individually graphite treated and then coated with highly anti-corrosive Henkel paint to cope with the demands of extreme cold and salty winter roads.
Applied in a thick layer, this paint also guarantees less exposure to the heat in arid deserts, thus limiting the risk of breakage.

CONTROL - By magnetic particle inspection technique. Each spring is 100% ultraviolet checked to identify the slightest defect. We only keep those who pass this test.
