All our parts benefit from our manufacturer's warranty which varies depending on the parts offered and takes effect from the date of delivery.
To ensure this, we recommend that our parts be fitted by mechanics, 4x4 specialists if possible.
Any assembly carried out by an individual will be able to benefit from this guarantee but will then be studied on a case by case basis.
For suspension raises, we recommend that everyone take measurements, or even take photos with the existing elements on the vehicle before replacement, then repeat exactly the same procedure after replacement with the Sandkat4x4 parts.
Above all, don't forget that a 2nd, 3rd, 4th hand or more vehicle has often been "transformed" previously and has also undergone body or other movements which can modify the dimensions that we provide in terms of extensions because the latter were carried out on new vehicles.
Note that the parts of our kits are made up to ensure uniformity of the whole. They can of course be combined with other brands but it is then more difficult to guarantee the result.

From Monday to Thursday inclusive, if your order is placed before 12 p.m. the products can be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. the products will systematically be shipped the next day.
All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday subject to public holidays. The delivery time is 72 hours (three working days) after leaving our warehouses.

Except for exceptions which will be duly indicated, the products that we offer you on Sandkat4x4.com are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Interventions under the guarantee do not have the effect of extending the duration of the guarantee.
Any intervention under the warranty requires presentation of the original invoice from Sandkat4x4 and/or Lalune Sarl.
The defective part must first be submitted to our after-sales service before benefiting from the guarantee.
The agreement of the after-sales service is essential to consider replacing or repairing the part.
Our only obligation is to repair or replace the defective part free of charge, which is covered by the warranty and following the recommendation of our after-sales service.
Any intervention under the warranty requires presentation of the original invoice from Sandkat4x4 and/or Lalune Sarl.

Excluded from the warranty are defects and deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, by an external accident (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use) or by a modification of the part not planned or specified by Sandkat4x4.
Any dispute over the application of this warranty will be submitted to arbitration by an automobile expert approved by the insurance companies, at the customer's expense.
Please contact our company as soon as possible if you need to return a product to us.
All returns are subject to our prior approval. Any part returned without our prior agreement will not be taken into account, and you will not be able to request a credit and/or its reimbursement.
Beyond one month after the justified delivery date, we reserve the right to no longer accept a return.
A return slip will be sent to you when we agree to the return of a part.
This document must appear prominently on the package returned to us.
The part you return to us must be in the condition in which it was delivered.
In the event of damage (even partial) to the initial packaging, a 20% reduction would automatically be applied to your credit and your refund.
It is essential to provide additional packaging for the part when it is returned, the primary packaging only being a protection for the latter.
Unless otherwise agreed, the cost and risks of returning a part are the responsibility of the buyer.
